You are well past the waiting period for changing the jewelry. But, you still have a little bump outside your nose and a big one inside your nose, which may or may not be a keloid.
My suggestion: See a piercer (your original piercer or a different one— whichever is more comfortable for you) and let them take a look at your bump before having them change the jewelry. You don’t want to change the jewelry if the piercing hasn’t healed properly.
And although it “feels” fine to you, it’s possible that you might be allergic to the jewelry in addition to it being too big for you, especially if you have nose bumps and your nose hasn’t healed yet. That’s something else the piercer should be able to help you figure out.
