In all honesty, yes, I do think it’s a bit young. And yet there seems to be tons of teens that young, or younger (I’ve even heard of preteens getting nose rings). I mean, if they get parental consent, then that’s that. But I would say 16 is the youngest age anyone should be allowed to get a nose ring.
And before someone goes there—- yes, I am aware that in places like India there are kids much younger than that with nose rings. But that seems to be more of a cultural trend, not a fashion trend. And it’s their culture, not ours.
