What about if you just get a fake nose ring/hoop to put on next to your current nose ring/hoop? I mean, if you only want two hoops on one side, that’s probably the best way to go. If you were wanting to get a fake double nose ring to go on the opposite side of your nose (in addition to your current nose ring), then… you can either try Etsy or eBay, or you can just get two separate fake nose hoops to put on the other side. Sounds like most of the fake nose hoops available are only a single hoop.
